Alex & Taylor’s Frisco Church Wedding + Rustic Reception | Grace Avenue UMC + Heritage Depot
Alex and Taylor’s wedding day was filled with heartfelt moments, personalized touches, and joyful celebration. From the ceremony at Grace Avenue United Methodist Church in Frisco to the party at The Heritage Depot, this day was the perfect blend of love and laughter.
The morning started with getting ready moments at the church, where Alex gifted her girls matching sunflower necklaces to wear in honor of Taylor. (And yes, there were happy tears!) Their ceremony was one for the books—featuring a surprise song written by Alex for Taylor and deeply personal vows that had everyone tearing up. A unity candle ceremony symbolized the merging of their lives and families in a space filled with warmth, community, and support.
When the rain hit just before the end of the ceremony, we quickly pivoted and made our way to their reception venue. The Heritage Depot’s warm wood tones and string lights made the perfect cozy space for dinner, dancing, and dessert. One of our favorite touches? Their monogrammed Vans and sunflower socks—every detail was so them.
From custom jewelry and heartfelt speeches to a unique split-tier chocolate wedding cake with tuxedo strawberries, everything about this celebration reflected Alex and Taylor’s story and their commitment to each other and their girls. They left the venue hand in hand with their daughters for a sweet “family moon” to mark this new chapter.
